Melissa Addington is a dedicated and creative executive engaged in numerous medical marketing and management programs for Hodge Knee and Hip. Ms. Addington’s expertise includes extensive non-profit programs including local fundraisers, the National USMCR Toys for Tots to international management with The Institute for Mobility and Longevity. In addition to her non-profit work, she owns I-Zone Marketing, a boutique marketing and advertising agency and serves as the Marketing Director for American Wealth Advisers. As both an analytical and strategic thinker, she excels at providing long-term vision while addressing existing problems and driving continuous improvement; implementing effective processes, policies, and procedures; and ensuring we meet/exceed deliverables, corporate goals, and customer expectations.

Melissa is able to think outside of the box, communicate, and work with stakeholders, clients and vendors at all levels. Her interest is to promote “Healthy Living Through Creativity”. As the human spirit evolves, she looks to establish balance between one’s work and play using social or digital media, traditional marketing tools and old fashion person to person communication.

Education and Background
Over 20 years’ experience in Marketing, Strategic Planning, Public Outreach, Training, Leadership, and Advertising. Direct experience working with government agencies, construction contractors and SWDBE owners. Always interested in new projects, marketing strategies, lead generation and supporting a good cause.

Melissa Addington received her Bachelor of Fine Art from University of Colorado in Boulder, CO. She studied and still practices professional photography, iconography, illustrations and graphic design. She received her Associate Degree for Ad Design from The Colorado Institute of Art in Denver, CO.

Ms. Addington has lived and experienced cultures from coast to coast. She now resides in Phoenix Arizona. Her love for the outdoors will find her vacationing in cool mountains, fly-fishing a fresh water river and sitting fireside. While in-town she can be found playing golf throughout the Phoenix valley.
